ALT Labs products include consumable supplements and apparel. Returns are only accepted where products meet the conditions set out below.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To request a return, contact info@altlabs.co with your order number and the email address used to place your order. Once reviewed, we will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide the next steps.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Supplements
ALT Labs supplements are consumable products. For hygiene, safety and quality control reasons, returns are only accepted where products are unopened, unused, sealed and in their original packaging.
Opened products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. This includes any box, sachet, pouch, bottle or product where the tamper seal has been opened, broken or removed.
To be eligible for a supplement return, the product must be unopened, unused, sealed, in its original packaging and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Apparel
Apparel can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging, with all original labels and tags attached.
Apparel returned without its original packaging, labels or tags may not be accepted.
To be eligible for an apparel return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact info@altlabs.co as soon as possible.
Include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos of the product, packaging and delivery box where relevant.
Once reviewed, we will confirm the next steps. This may include a replacement, refund or return, depending on the issue.
Return Costs
We do not cover the cost of return postage unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Where a return is approved for any other reason, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank, card provider or payment provider may take additional time to process and show the refund in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact info@altlabs.co.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Gift With Purchase
If you receive a free gift or promotional item as part of a qualifying purchase, the gift must also be returned if the qualifying purchase is returned.
If the free gift is not returned, or is returned opened, used, damaged or altered, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.
The gift must be returned unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.
To order a different product, return your eligible item and place a new order.
International Returns
We do not currently offer an automated international returns service.

How To Return Your Order
To request a return, email info@altlabs.co with your order number, the email address used to place the order, the item you would like to return and the reason for return.
Once reviewed, we will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide the return instructions.
