By accessing this website, browsing our content, creating an account, placing an order, entering a promotion or using any part of the site, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Placing an order does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance by email or dispatch the products.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel or limit any order at our discretion. This may include orders where products are unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, payment has not been authorised, fraud checks are not passed, age eligibility is not met, promotions have been misused, or we believe the order is intended for unauthorised resale or distribution.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
Please check your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to amend or cancel it.
10. Pricing and Availability
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling.
ALT LABS CO LTD is not currently VAT registered. VAT will not be charged unless this changes and is stated on the website or at checkout.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
Prices, promotions, discount codes, product details and availability may change at any time.
The price you pay will be the price shown at checkout when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed. Where an error affects your order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed or cancel the order.
11. Payment
Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
Payment must be made using the payment methods offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all payment details supplied are accurate.
We use secure third-party payment providers to process transactions. We do not store full payment card details.
If payment is refused, reversed, cancelled or flagged for review, we may delay, reject or cancel your order.
12. Promotions, Discount Codes and Offers
Discount codes, promotions, bundles, gifts with purchase and other offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
Codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively unless stated otherwise.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, redeemed for cash, transferred, sold or used against delivery charges.
We reserve the right to reject, cancel, amend or limit any promotion where there is suspected misuse, fraud, technical error, discount code abuse, bulk purchasing, resale activity or breach of the offer terms.
Specific promotion terms may apply in addition to these Terms. If there is a conflict, the specific promotion terms will apply.
13. Gift Cards
Where gift cards are offered, they are subject to the terms shown at purchase or issue.
Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, cannot be resold and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or used without permission, unless required by law.
We reserve the right to cancel a gift card where fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity is suspected.
14. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier disruption, address issues, weather conditions, operational delays, high-volume periods or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
ALT LABS® is not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
Risk in the products passes to you when the order is delivered to the address provided.
15. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or cancellation.
If your return is accepted, you then have 14 days from the date you notified us to send the eligible products back.
Supplements are consumable products. For hygiene, safety and quality control reasons, returns are only accepted where products are unopened, unused, sealed and in their original packaging.
Opened supplements cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. This includes any box, sachet, pouch, bottle or product where the tamper seal has been opened, broken or removed.
Apparel can be returned where it is unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with all original labels and tags attached.
Refunds will be processed in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
16. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact info@altlabs.co as soon as possible.
You may be asked to provide your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos of the product, packaging and delivery box where relevant.
Once reviewed, we will confirm the next steps in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
17. Subscriptions
Where subscription options are offered, subscription terms will be shown before purchase.
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorise ALT LABS® or our payment provider to take recurring payments from your selected payment method at the interval shown at checkout until the subscription is cancelled.
You are responsible for managing your subscription, including payment details, delivery address and cancellation preferences.
You can cancel or amend your subscription through your account or by contacting info@altlabs.co.
Changes should be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect for the next renewal.
Where required, any material changes to subscription pricing, products, benefits or terms will be made clear before your next charge.
If ALT LABS® does not currently offer subscriptions, this section will apply only if subscriptions are introduced.
18. Resale
ALT LABS® products are sold for personal use only unless expressly agreed by us in writing.
Unauthorised resale, redistribution, marketplace listing or commercial exploitation of ALT LABS® products is prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders where we believe products are being purchased for unauthorised resale or distribution.
19. Competitions, Giveaways and Event Promotions
Competitions, giveaways, prize draws, event sampling and promotional activity may be subject to separate terms.
Where separate promotion terms apply, they will be made available with the relevant promotion.
All supplement-related promotions are strictly for individuals aged 18 years or over.
We may request proof of age, identity or residency where required.
Supplement prizes and samples must be used in accordance with product label instructions. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Winners and recipients are responsible for checking ingredients and suitability before use.
ALT LABS® is not responsible for incorrect delivery details supplied by winners or participants.
20. Reviews, Feedback and User Content
If you submit a review, comment, image, video, testimonial, social media post, feedback, suggestion or other content to ALT LABS®, you confirm that the content is accurate, lawful and your own original content, or that you have the right to share it.
You grant ALT LABS® a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute and share that content for marketing, advertising, website, email, social media, retail, PR and other commercial purposes.
You must not submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, offensive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, infringing or harmful.
We reserve the right to remove, edit or refuse to publish user content at our discretion.
Customer reviews, testimonials, social content and third-party comments reflect individual views and should not be treated as medical advice, product guarantees or claims made by ALT LABS®.
21. Influencer, Creator and Ambassador Content
Creators, influencers, ambassadors and collaborators must be aged 18 years or over.
Any paid, gifted, incentivised or affiliate content must comply with applicable UK advertising rules, including clear disclosure where required.
Content must not make medical claims, disease claims or misleading performance claims. Content must not imply that ALT LABS® products treat, prevent or cure illness.
Content must not encourage excessive use, unsafe behaviour, irresponsible consumption, alcohol misuse, drug use, or target individuals under 18.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, gifted product does not create any entitlement to payment, retainer, exclusivity or ongoing relationship.
We may require content to be removed or amended where it breaches these Terms, platform rules, advertising requirements or brand standards.
