Shipping Policy

ALT Labs currently ships to the UK only.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our UK fulfilment partner. Shipping rates and delivery options are shown at checkout and are based on the delivery method selected.

Delivery estimates apply from the point of dispatch, not from the point the order is placed.


Order Cut-Off

Delivery estimates are based on orders placed before 2pm UK time.

Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Dispatch

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

During high-volume periods, including product launches, promotional periods and Black Friday, dispatch may take longer than usual.


Delivery Times

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is estimated at 1-2 business days from dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is estimated at 2-3 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier disruption, weather conditions, address issues, operational delays or other circumstances outside our control.


Delivery Attempts

Our shipping carriers may attempt delivery more than once. If delivery is unsuccessful, your parcel may be held for collection, returned to the depot or returned to us.

It is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection within the timeframe provided by the carrier.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, non-collection or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent. Where a refund is requested, original shipping costs may not be refunded.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

ALT Labs cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

If you notice an issue with your address after placing an order, contact info@altlabs.co as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.


Order Inspection

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact info@altlabs.co as soon as possible with your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos of the product, packaging and delivery box where relevant.

Issues relating to damaged, faulty or incorrect items are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, check your tracking information first.

If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears to be delayed, contact info@altlabs.co with your order number and we will review the issue.

We may need to allow the carrier time to complete its delivery investigation before a replacement or refund can be confirmed.


International Shipping

ALT Labs currently ships to the UK only.

We are working to make international shipping available soon. Once live, supported regions, shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
